When the free trial ends, will it be automatically paid?
No, your free trial will not be automatically charged. Payment methods are registered at the time of payment, so you can choose whether to pay after using the free trial. Even if you do not pay immediately and pay after a few days, you can still use the previous data.
What is the difference between the Elite and Pro plans?
The Elite Plan is a plan offered as a promoter so that students and amateur teams can use the service without burden. If you choose that plan, we can request you to verify your eligibility in the future.
What payment methods are available?
You can pay the subscription fee with a credit card or debit card. Other payment methods will be added later.
When can I start using the service after subscribing?
You can use it immediately after payment. The date of the first payment is set as the regular payment date, and automatic payment will be made on the regular payment date every month.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel your subscription, you will not be charged on the next regular payment date, and you can continue to use the service until then. Even if you cancel your subscription, you can still use the previous data if you subscribe again for the team you used.
